Founder
After graduating in 2012 and beginning an MBA, his professional journey started in 2013 with Tommy Hilfiger, where he built his foundation in corporate leadership and operations. Working across Pune, Mumbai, and Rajkot in diverse roles, he developed adaptability, people management skills, and a deep understanding of business dynamics across markets.
In 2017, he moved to Canada as an international student — a decision that marked a defining turning point in his life. While completing his studies, he began working with TD Bank, gaining firsthand experience in the Canadian financial system. After graduation, he transitioned to CIBC as a Universal Banker, where he strengthened his expertise in client advisory, financial services, and community engagement.
In 2021, he advanced into the Talent Acquisition department, where he developed deep insights into hiring strategies, employer expectations, and career positioning in Canada. Through continuous conversations with hiring managers, industry leaders, and working professionals, he gathered refined, practical knowledge about what truly helps newcomers succeed.
However, the vision for his small business began in 2020 — born from his own experience navigating a new country. He recognized the need for a structured, accessible space dedicated to learning, skill development, and career readiness for individuals moving abroad. Since arriving in Canada, he has actively sought mentorship and professional guidance to curate the most relevant, actionable insights for newcomers.
His growth has also been influenced by elite performers, gaining strategic insights from Olympians such as Lauren Bay-Regula (strategy and competitive mindset), Harvinder Singh (risk management and precision), and Lynda Kiejko (time management and focus under pressure).
Today, his mission is clear: to create an empowering platform that equips newcomers with clarity, confidence, and practical skills — helping them transition smoothly, build strong careers, and unlock their full potential in a new country.
